A very nice smilodon in the form of a lion. I will wonder how the smilodon bite with the long canine standing in it way. Perhaps all scientist are wrong about how the long tooth/tusk is used. The tusk may be used to dig just like warthog instead, except it is facing downward.

this smilodon is pretty. it is ok to make it look like a lion. after all, skeleton cannot tell you if there is mane. the quality of the figure is one of the best i have in my smilodon collection. i think the last piece is bought by me too. sorry all.

The 2017 Papo Smilodon is the WORST, most ridiculous Smilodon figure I have ever seen. It does not have one ounce of scientific accuracy. I cannot possibly take this goofy figure seriously as a Smilodon. I do not understand why a mainstream toy company nowadays would choose to make a Smilodon figure that way. What a mess.
