pros: Let's you customize storage for different size miniatures(or whatever it is you're storing). cons: Gets a little flimsy the more foam you take out. Be careful transporting a lot of figures/ lardge figues.

I brought these on sale ($1.99 less) and they are fit to store most minis. The pucks itself are more or less easy to remove. Some of the ones I received were not cut through all the way, leading to bad tearing when making the spots for the minis. The hard foam base is study with a bright red and listing the dimensions (in imperials, not metrics); but the plucks (edges are messily glued on it), some of the plucks get ripped off then a easy tear out from the pre-cuts.

First off let me start by saying that I do like these foam trays, for the price they are the best on the market in my opinion. Having said that there are a few things about them that other pluck foam trays suffer from as well. For starters the bottom of the trays, the red base, tend to be slightly larger than the foam. This isn't a huge issue if you are sticking the foam in the Game Plus bags, but if you're like me and happen to have an old Motor Pool Bag laying around, they won't quite fit without a little effort. So if you are going to buy these, I would try to stick to the Game Plus bags, they're great. Secondly the foam on all of the trays I have purchased so far have been horribly glued to the red bottom foam. The outer wall is seldomly affixed to the base, instead as you remove that first inner wall of pluck foam you will almost certainly find them glued to the red base. This again isn't a huge issue, unless you intend on removing nearly all of the foam from the tray, but on the off chance you do need to fix this a little clear non-foaming gorilla glue goes a long way. With all of that being said, I do still think these are an excellent storage option, the foam is soft enough to protect the models but also has the rigidity to handle a good amount of weight. At the current price, I can't recommend these trays enough, with a little effort and care, I'm sure they will last a lifetime.

I really like this foam tray, it is relatively cheap and protects your models well. I have used mine to replace the innards of a Shadespire box and it works great to carry all of the standard models with the tokens/cards with some slight adjustments. One thing to note is that there isn't any soft foam at the bottom of the tray which limit's your ability to lay down your models. An easy way around this is to use the pluck foam to coat the bottom of the tray so each model has a little bed to lay on; alternatively you can just stand your models up, whatever floats your boat. I would definitely recommend this product to other people.

I play Warmachine (Khador/Circle) and my load out is usually 4", 3", and three 2.5" trays. I found that most of my small based models could easily fit in a 2" foam. If I had to go back I'd most likely get the 2" instead of the 2.5" for my infantry. The 2.5" is great for Warmachine models that have custom bases that extend their height. The tray can easily fit two units with their UA. (Roughly 24 models)
