“The thing I like about the Bones Black line is that they have some minis that are real characters. While painting this one, I felt like I was learning his backstory. He's delightfully gross and I had a blast layering on different paints to get the look I wanted. The one downside of this mini is the basing and warped weaponry, something that seems common with Bones minis. The base is uneven so it won't sit flat on a table. I tried to remedy this by gluing it on to a plain black base, but that was a mixed success. Parts of the base stuck down, but others were still raised up. I had to fill in the gaps with extra superglue, as you can see in my photo, and i plan to use a bit of green stuff to cover that up and make it look a little nicer.”

“I bought this guy just because it looked interesting. I have no idea how it could be used in a campaign. The model is a pretty decent size for the price. There isn't much detail, and the trident has some mold lines in the teeth. No assembly is required.”
