“It’s very easy to use. I love that it gives you actual numbers of your levels of LH and E2. The only negative is that you have to use a separate stick now for Progesterone. I wish it was the same stick. Also, if you don’t open the Mira app first before you test, it doesn’t log. For example, I woke up, did the test, put the stick in the machine for 15 minutes, it gave a read out, I threw the stick away. Well I never opened the app when I did this. I assumed the unit would upload to the app. It didn’t. So it shows as a missed test.”
Thanks for sharing! Mira measures E3G levels in urine. The E3G in urine are metabolized products of the E2 in the blood, they do not share the same unit. The unit of E3G is ng/ml, the unit of E2 is pg/ml. But they share the same increase and decrease pattern.

Please turn on the Analyzer by pushing its button, open the Mira App and make sure the Analyzer and App are connected before each test (inserting the test wand into the analyzer). A "connected" indicator will be shown on the Mira App home screen beside the "Mira" logo.
