“Mira has disappointed me. The costume service is horrible. I am trying to resolve a problem with a delivery for three days, but there is nobody to talk to. They packed my order using a wrong address, and now they want me to wait for the product to go back to them in order to send me a new one. It was their mistake when packaging my order; they should send me a new product, immediately. Which they refuse to.”

“We tried for 7 months and then we got the Mira and the complete (purple) wands. Loved it! The first month I had already ovulated so I used it to get my baseline and then in the second month we got pregnant! With fraternal twins!! We are due to have our babies join us in 3 weeks from today. The app is easy to use, so is the device, and it worked so well! We sold it to our friends after as we only want two kids, so here’s to crossing my fingers they get pregnant soon too!”

“I spent 6 months TTC prior to purchasing the Mira. After countless of visits at the OB with pointless labs that provided no insignt to my journey, I wanted to try out a different approach- I bit the bullet and purchased the Mira. ONE MONTH of learning my cycle led me to become pregnant! PCOS makes tracking near impossible, with Mira i was able to pinpoint exactly when I was ovulating. I handed it off to my friend who was also TTC and she became pregnant as well! 🩷💙”

“I used this device for five cycles and did not get pregnant. I couldn't understand the results. I don't believe they were consistent. The wands are so expensive that I didn't bother to buy more. It all felt like a waste of money. It'll have you more worried, stressed, and confused than if you never tried to use it.”

“We conceived on our first Mira cycle! I learned that I ovulate earlier than average and that we were missing my fertile window because of it. Also, LH test strips were so hard to interpret, Mira gave a quantitative hormone level and the added visual aid of the tracking chart. The only draw back was needing to reach out to a reddit group for help "reading" my chart.”

“Writing about this company makes me extra angry because they’re a) capitalizing on the fact that they have (so far) a unique product, and b) that the people using this are likely in a very vulnerable and desperate place and are willing to just throw money at the problem. I dropped $800 on wands and never received a receipt or tracking number. They just ‘forgot’. Had to spend a week obsessively emailing them to get a response. The shipping and returns issue is real too- SURPRISE YOU HAVE TO RETURN SHIP IT TO CHINA!!!!!! do you know how expensive it is to ship things there?? Also, guess what? THE WANDS EXPIRE. And like, not within 5 years or a reasonable time frame… no, they expire within a year! And they literally will not work with the device. They have a monopoly on this market and it’s even more sickening because of the nature of what the product is trying to help with. It breaks my heart for people that have to deal with Mira. They should be ashamed of themselves. I’d give them 0 stars if it was an option. And let’s just talk quickly about how there’s no HUMAN BEING you can talk to at this company as well as no way (except on private forums or reddit) to leave a review. Like, all their ‘reviews’ on their website…? Where can I leave an HONEST one???”

“Horrendous product and even worse customer support. Their customer support is non-existent, you cannot get in touch with a human, they literally could care less about your use of the product, they just want you to buy buy buy. They sent a dead device. It will not turn on. It takes them days just to send you a canned response that they will get to your support request in 48hrs, then they goes you for a week. You cannot get support whether calling or by email. Our device simply won't charge or turn on. Terrible and non-existent service. They should be ashamed of themselves, and new customers should look for better alternatives, seek a company that actually cares rather than one that provides heavy marketing but false hopes.”

“I struggled with infertility for 5 years. Had many appointments with the fertility clinic and several transfers all failed. I had given up. I saw an ad for Mira and figured I’d give it a shot. I literally used Mira for ONE month tracking and I got pregnant! I have now 4 Months with our miracle baby.”

“I have been now trying to contact Mira for a week now. The device stopped working within 10 days of usage and absolutely is discouraging for how much you pay! Hoping this would be a smooth process, it has actually caused so much more stress! Still has not resolved the issue! They informed me they would be willing to replace the item, that was 3 days ago and have heard nothing since. The most disheartening factor is how frustrating it has been to get in touch with these people! Thanks for taking over $300 for a faulty item and waste of complete emotion! Aren't you guys supposed to be helping people with pregnancy! Figured this was too good to be true! Complete BS and way lack of communication!”

“Don’t waste your money! I purchased Mira September 2023. Since the I’ve had 3 devices fail. Today, I used the device and received an error message. I’ve emailed them and no one has responded. The customer service is poor. I spent 500 dollars on the device and wands.”

“Works well until it doesn’t. Then you have to deal with their non existent customer service. I had some issues with faulty wands which wasn’t a huge deal, then my actually device stopped working mid cycle. Many attempts to Contact customer service and they are barely responsive and not at all helpful. I’m sorry I invested so much money purchasing this device. It’s completely useless.”
