We are sorry about your experience and it is not what Mira wants you to have!
Our E3G level fluctuates from woman to woman and cycles to cycle. Normally, it will be around 10-100 during the non-fertile period and increase to 100-640 when close to ovulation. The Estrogen surge is normally 1-3 days earlier than the LH one. Meanwhile, the Estrogen peak is normally 0-2 days earlier than the LH one.
After the ovulation, the E3G level will drop, and then there will be another surge in the luteal phase, which means your body is entering the non-fertile period.
Our hormone fluctuates from woman to woman and cycles to cycle. The pattern of the curve is more important than the absolute value. When ovulation happens, you should see a sudden increase in LH concentrations, although the peak value can vary greatly. When there is an LH surge, you are ovulating in 12-48 hours. This is your most fertile time during a cycle, and the best opportunity if you are trying to conceive. To clarify, even if the LH levels are “low” but there is a sizable increase of the LH level, one can still be ovulating.
Our fertile window is four days before ovulation and one day after ovulation. The best chance to try to conceive is on ovulation days. It is also possible to get pregnant during the fertile window.
We hope this could help. If you have further doubts, please kindly contact us via email at support@miracare.com.
“I haven’t been using this too long as I recieved late fertility window last month. But so far I love how easy it is to use. I also like how you get both numbers and it will put it in a chart for you. Other users are friendly and will share charts for comparison (pregnancy month chart or other pcos users) The community is very helpful and nice.”
