I have only started using Mira.
The information seems clear and concise however it would be handy if the machine didn’t erase today’s information when not synced immediately with the app (and it would have been handy if the information supplied could have notated this... it would have saved some wasted wands - luckily I hadn’t thrown out the morning urine sample until all my test results came back - I learned the hard way!!)
There is a lot of plastic wastage in the wands.... and that bothers me a lot.
But it’s a sacrifice I have to live with for the short term until I hopefully get a BFP.”

The charging cable goes into any USB port. Please make sure the four metal pieces on the charging cable faces the metal pieces in the USB port to charge. When it is charging, you should see a green screen displaying "charging" on the Analyzer.
Furthermore, could you please try to reset the Analyzer by pushing the pinhole at the back? Actually, our analyzer can work with any other Android USB cable. If resetting doesn't work, could you please kindly try to use another Android USB cable to replace it?
