Mira currently measures Luteinizing hormone (LH) and Estrogen (E3G) levels. These wands provide even more accurate knowledge into a woman’s fertility level and cycle, discover deep insights into the fertile window and ovulation confirmation and discovering red flags such as hormone imbalances, irregular cycles, and PCOS early.
We are launching progesterone test wands later this year. Progesterone confirms if ovulation has happened already and this is very useful for people who try to avoid pregnancy in a natural way. Meanwhile, our hCG test is in development right now. It will be able to not only confirm pregnancy but also tracking fetal growth and miscarriage. All of these test wands work perfectly with the existing Mira Analyzer.

I have only started using Mira.
The information seems clear and concise however it would be handy if the machine didn’t erase today’s information when not synced immediately with the app (and it would have been handy if the information supplied could have notated this... it would have saved some wasted wands - luckily I hadn’t thrown out the morning urine sample until all my test results came back - I learned the hard way!!)
There is a lot of plastic wastage in the wands.... and that bothers me a lot.
But it’s a sacrifice I have to live with for the short term until I hopefully get a BFP.”
