We are so sorry to hear that you have an issue with Mira. For the battery issue, could you please kindly try to reset the Analyzer by pushing the pinhole at the back of the Analyzer? Meanwhile, we suggest you charge the analyzer after it was fully running out of battery next time.
As for the loading issue of the home page, could you please kindly try to upgrade the app to the newest version, then try to log in again? The upgrade process will not affect your data so no worries!

“Mira has been the easiest of my three testing methods (E3g and LH measured) because it automatically times and reads the sample, and is more hygienic. We are launching progesterone test wands later this year. Progesterone confirms if ovulation has happened already and this is very useful for people who try to avoid pregnancy in a natural way. Meanwhile, our hCG test is in development right now. It will be able to not only confirm pregnancy but also tracking fetal growth and miscarriage.
