“The Mira reader takes 15-16 min to read & register the test. If your phone falls asleep around the time the test finishes, then the sync between the tester and the phone breaks and the tester will tell you the test had an error and will fail. The tests are $2+ each, so loosing a test to failure can become expensive. If you are there to ensure the phone hasn’t gone to sleep and the tester can sync up with it, then so far the tests have been working as expected.”
