“I absolutely love my Mira analyzer! I am trusting to conceivev with PCOS and Mira has given me the information I need to have important conversations with my health care providers about my treatment options.”
Thanks for your review. Many women with PCOS use Mira to track their cycles and successfully get pregnant along the way! Unlike all other OPK's, Mira lets you see your actual hormone concentrations. Those with PCOS will know that with this condition, elevated LH is common! OPK will inaccurately reflect a positive all the time. But with Mira, you can see your actual hormone levels and curve, and still see your ovulation even if your baseline LH is high.
“I am enjoying using the Mira kit so far and I am about to come to ovulation apparently so fingers crossed I will conceive. One thing I wish there could be is when you click on the chart for your readings it would be great if it would explain this is high / low / medium for the e3g as well as on the fertility confirm wands as i have no idea what these levels mean !”
Thanks for your support. As our hormone levels vary from woman to woman and cycle to cycle, it is important to keep in mind that the pattern of the curve is more important than the absolute value. When ovulation happens, you should see a sudden increase in LH concentrations, although the peak value can vary greatly. You may not have to necessarily reach "high" to ovulate. For this reason, we decided not to keep the None / Low / Medium / High feature in the new 1.3 version app.
Our E3G level fluctuates from woman to woman and cycles to cycle. Generally, it will be around 10-100 during the follicular phase and rise to 100-640+ when close to ovulation. Because of the self-regulating effect of estrogen, the rise of E3G when close to ovulation is fluctuating. The Estrogen surge is normally 1-3 days earlier than the LH one. Meanwhile, the Estrogen peak is normally 0-2 days earlier than the LH one.
After the ovulation, the E3G level will drop, and then there will be another surge in the luteal phase, which means your body is entering the non-fertile period.

“Everything about Mira is great, until you get pregnant. Even if you change it to Pregnancy tracking it still asks you every three days if your period has started. Definitely not the best app after becoming pregnant.
Everything besides that I cannot say anything bad about. This gave me insight to my body and hormones after being on medications which lead me to not have a period in years.”
We are sorry about your experience and it is not what Mira wants you to have! The "pregnant" mark on the App is only for recording, for now, it will not affect or stop Mira's algorithm. We will manage to add the pregnancy information into the algorithm in the future. If you have further doubts, please kindly contact us via email at support@miracare.com.
“I wasn’t super happy that I had to add in another wand. I thought it was gonna be simple with just the one wand and the meter advertised in the starting kit. And then when I ordered the second type of wand needed in order to know if I actually did ovulate or not they sent me half of my order but not the wands that I needed/ordered!”
We are sorry about your experience and it is not what Mira wants you to have! Mira uses lab-grade technology to measure your actual fertility hormone levels. This technology allows you to see when you ovulate and your full fertile window. The smart algorithm learns your cycle over time and makes personal predictions of each cycle, so it will help you find out exactly when you are fertile and infertile.

The wands should work with the analyzer, plus wands can measure both LH and E3G levels, confirm wands can measure PdG levels.
