“I have been impressed thus far. However, one box (spa box) was absolutely horrible (all of the items were irrelevant and of poor quality). I reached out to customer service and they accommodated me. I’m excited to see what I will receive this month.”

“It could be a bit more personalized, it would be great if you could select one or two of the things or like a category section where you can choose what you do and don’t need. I’m getting a lot of unneeded but cute items in my boxes.”
