“I love this mobile device and looking forward to good benefits. But, it would seem that a mobile device would have a durable hard case. This part is disappointing. I have to be extra careful in traveling with it, especially if in my suitcase.”
“I love it. I already have a panel but this allows me to get at least spot treatment on days I cant use my larger panel. It also lets me expand the coverage area when I am using my large panel. Love it. The build quality seems good but Ive only had it 2 days so time will tell. However, for usability, the design is lacking. Here are the changes Id like to see. 1. It needs a real case. Before ordering, I confirmed it came with one but its just a cheap, velvety drawstring bag. I expected either a hard sided or padded case to protect it when it was being transported since thats the purpose of this panel and its an expensive piece of equipment. 2. You cannot charge and use the panel at the same time. Once the battery dies, as all batteries do, this will be an expensive brick. 3. Add a holding strap to the back to make it more comfortable to hold. It is uncomfortable to try and grasp the panel for even 10 minutes if your hands are anything smaller than a bears massive mitt. 4. Consider having a stand or tripod of some sort built in. (See point 3, hands smaller than a bear paw).”
“Im using my MIto mobile in the morning and at night and Im finding great results. The red light is very strong for such a little unit. Very well-made cant wait to invest in a bigger unit but for now very satisfyed.”
“I was doing my 20 minutes and during my session, UPS was at the front door. So by the time I got back upstairs a few minutes later, my cat decided she needed some infrared / red light therapy. This is NOT the first time! Shell frequently jump on my lap when I doing my session. She loves it. Shes 15 going on 3.... still in charge, just like a cat! :)”
“Just ok. Several things I would like to address: the on/off switch is touchy to start, awkward to hold , flimsy case, and disappointing that it cant be charged and used at the same time. Not cheap, so I guess I wasn't expecting that many negatives with this device. Probably wouldnt recommend. Have been pleased with your company and my Mito mini, just think this product needs tweaking . Disappointed.”
“I purchased the Mito mobile to take on trips and thought it was a good idea to try it out. I loved it so much I upgraded to a Mito Pro 750. I see more additions in my future...lol. I use for my skin and see so much improvement. I am starting to use on my back for pain. So pleased with my purchase!!!”
