“I am a new customer, and within less than a week I had to use my service with you. I fell and my pendant necklace recognized I had fallen and needed help to get up. Paramedics were sent but unable to open the lockbox, although I'd given Mobile Help the 4 digit code, there is one extra button, they must be aware of. Paramedics then went downstairs to get the Manager and opened my door. I live in an apt. I will notify Mobile Help what the sequence is for the lockbox. Had this been after hours, no manager would have been here. Service is fine other than that.”

“I have had two occasions where I accidently hit the button. I was called right away and was abel to cancel EMT. I was very happy with quick response and not being repremended for my accident. Very happy with mobilehelp”
