“Not only is the equipment of highest quality but all of all the people I have had the pleasure to speak with have been knowledgeable and are of the highest quality as well. It doesn't matter how good your products and services are if your representatives can't communicate with the customer. MobileHelp's employees do customer service very well.”

“New to Mobile Help. Thankfully so far we have not had to use it for “real”. However, their customer service is exceptional and we are very pleased. We have tested the equipment as suggested and it’s ready if we need it. One of the most important features is the fall detection alert even if unconscious. That was the deciding factor In our choice over the more popular and well known TV medical alert system.”
