“I received excellent customer service when I called about a device for my mother in law. Your representative was friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and very clear about the device worked and what services were offered. The device was very easy to set up, it literally took minutes. And i am the least techie person I know. I am so grateful for mobile help. My mother in law fell less than a week after she got it. She fell at midnight. She would have been on the floor for hours. MobileHelp reached out to us, called the medics, and Mom was taken care of in minutes. I am so thankful for Mobile Help.”
