“My Grandma is 95 years old and lives on her own about 5 miles from our home. She has 2 artificial hips and we wanted to be sure she could get help if she fell. We called Mobile Help and they were so great over the phone and sent us the equipment within 3 days. It was so easy to set up. Then, only 2 weeks later, Grandma fell and pushed her button. Mobile Help immediately called my husband, texted me and texted my dad. We were all on our way to help her. She ended up breaking her hip, but we were able to get her help immediately thanks to Mobile Help! I highly recommend this product and company to anyone who has an elderly family member living alone!”

“100% satisfied! We tested each device one by one and it didn’t matter to the team that took those calls. The service team called and set up our call list so I didn’t have to do it at all!!!! My mother accidentally hit the alert a few times and she did not hear the team talking to her because she always has her tv too loud. Yep, I am first on the list and got the call. Fortunately mom was fine. It was an easy setup, you do not need a phone line at all, customer service is incredible and every person you speak with regarding alerts is top notch!!! I highly recommend MobileHelp!!!”
