“Didn't actually have to use it in the short time my wife was not with me. The equipment all looked good. I thought the letter requesting the names of people to call in an emergency could have come in the box. I didn't get that until about 3 weeks later than the equipment. Very nice person at the end of the phone when I called to cancel.”

“I have no experience yet to call emergency and hope i don't . I feel somewhat more secure that i have my button to push where everi go. this company has been very friendly and helpful.”

“Quick and accurate response, considerable patience with those just learning the system. My only complaint is that the fall detector is too sensitive. It went off twice just from being hit by water drops in the shower. There are so many reasons why this is a very bad thing!”

“Luckily, I have not had to use it. The persons I speak with when I test are very polite and helpful. I went to New York City for a week and almost took the portable unit with me just to see. I didn't take it thinking it would cause a lot of trouble if I used it. Was a thought though.I'm thinking I am going to try to have a stretch ban put on.”
