“We are very satisfied with our MobilHelp system now that we have it and it is in operation. The only problem was at the beginning the communication and paperwork to get signed up and then get the product was not very professional and was hard to follow.”

“From purchasing to installing to actually using this product has been a completely wonderful experience. My parents purchased the bracelets with the mobile on the go package and love it. My father had to use it the first day I installed it, due to his new hip popping out. They were calm, sent the fire department immediately and called me right away to know what happened. MobileHelp even followed up a few days later to see how my father was doing and we told them he was in the hospital having to have another hip surgery. So caring !”
