“Everyone is very helpful when setting up the system, which is actually very easy. I have inadvertently hit the button a couple times, and found the call response extremely quick (less than 15- 25 SECONDS), while I'm still trying to cancel the mistaken call! Lol. I feel a lot safer now, since I'm still dealing with a fractured shoulder from the last fall. I don't feel so afraid anymore.”

“My Mother lives over an hour away from me, therefore, I can’t just “run over” and be there in 5 minutes! The Peace of mind I get knowing that she can get help at the touch of a button, and that I will be notified, is beyond words! Thank you for being there MobileHelp!”

“Because I am new to wearing a monitor, I have had a couple of accidental calls. I was called immediately to see if I needed help. When I told them that it was a mistake, they were very understanding. Nice to know they will be there if I really do ever need help.”

“My only complaint is the lock box I was sent doesn’t work well at all. The numbers are hard to turn, (they kind of stick almost). I’m afraid anyone trying to access my home, it would be a frustrating process.”
