“Very happy to say all initial phone offerings in my selected package were completely fulfilled as promised by the sales agent. All equipment is of superior quality with easy to read instruction booklet. During our at-home system set up, we accidentally pressed the emergency call button. Whoops!. Now what? The voice of a professional response person came over our base station within seconds asking the nature of our emergency. We explained it was an accidental call and response agent was pleased to know we were not having an emergency. I am very pleased to be protected by the MobileHelp team. Barbara S. Bath, PA”

“If you had an excellent Category, I would have checked that off. Last five years, I have been looking at various help aids but always put it off. With the encouragement of my two adult children and because of recent illness, I decided to get an alert system. I did explore as many as I could find in ads or doctors offices, and chose to call Mobile Help. The most striking thing was there was not a feeling of being rushed. I asked all questions I needed to and they were all answered. The system is very simple and extremely easy to install. If you call with any questions, you are answered with politeness. And again not rushed. You even have a lockbox with a code and your key inside , so that in an emergency, your door does not get broken. I highly recommend this system. And already two of my friends have It and are very happy with it.”
