“I am certainly pleased with the product and the three customer service reps who helped me get started. I know I had elementary questions but they were supportive and helped in all I needed. I chose MobileHelp because of the wrist bands and the 600 yard reach for me working outside. The GPS unit has been verified each time I have tested it, even miles away from home. This all gives me an added level of independence with the knowledge that I can get help if needed. Thank you.”

“I was looking for a better alert system that would fit my personal needs. Since I don't wear jewelry, I did not want a necklace type. I am used to wearing a watch so the wristlet was the answer. Now I can go to the mailbox or take a walk without having to carry a cell phone. I just slip the small GPS unit into my pocket. I also appreciate your companies take on getting emergency help to me with the lockbox. No other company I researched talked about how the responders would get in to reach me. Especially since all my windows and doors are hurricane Miami-Dade rated. Your staff was friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I also like dealing with a local company.”
