“All of the people I have talked to during purchase, set up and testing have been veer nice and willing to help in a very pleasant way. I am very happy as the previous company I used was not that kind and dropped the ball when I needed help the most. So thus I had to make a change and it is for the better with Mobile Help.”

“MobileHelp device when plugged in our bedroom is too far away if I should fall in our kitchen or livingroom. So when I am alone, I wear the device. Wearing the fall detection is not helpful. True if I fell and hit my head and was unconscious, the fall detection button would work. However, the routine of not hearing from me through the device -- calling my landline, calling my cell -- is stressful as I lie on the floor, conscious, with the device plugged in the bedroom. Wish the device had a larger covered area, like the home device does.”
