“In the short time we have used MobileHelp we have been extremely pleased. Mom had a few false alarms in the beginning but the MobileHelp team was kind with mom and helpful. Recently mom was home alone and when we checked in on her through our security cameras I saw no signs of her moving about. Her breakfast area was untouched and medications still waiting to be taken. Mom didn’t answer her mobile phone and we began to worry. We contacted MobileAlert and explained the situation and asked if they could reach out to her via her pendant, which they immediately did. Mom was fine, just a bit tireder then normal and slept in. Great service.”

“Bought this for my 91 year old Mom. Seems to work well. We have had a couple false alarms and they responded fairly quickly. Only real issue is the recharging. The units with the base station have a smaller button that has a year or so battery life. This has a few days. And my mom sometimes forgets to charge it, especially if she sleeps in her lift chair. But this does have portability and the ability to talk to someone with with the speaker on the neck button.”
