“To whom it may concern: I am delighted with Mobile Help, from my initial order processing on July 8 to the activation of my Micro Alert device on August 5, 2023. Each Mobile Help representative gave me straightforward advice on system costs and instructions on how the alert system with fall detection works. Finally, I had previously contacted Life Alert, and their system cost about 45% more than Mobile Help. Today I recommended Mobil Help to a friend whose 83-year-old father recently experienced a severe fall.”

“Mobile Help is easy to use and the price is very reasonable. I cannot put a price on the peace of mind it gives me.The only drawback for me is the size of the mini as I am a small woman and it really stands out. Everything else is perfect.”

“From the first time I called to find out more about the product, until now, I received it and used it and made a couple of calls to the company, everyone is always so polite and VERY!! helpful. If you are thinking about using this kind of product, please call them, you won't be sorry! There are reasons why I won't use my name......nothing to do with MobileHelp!”
