Very pleased, had a BlackBerry classic before. The keyboard is same, so nice to use. Good as has android. Only issue it won't connect to wifi. Networks.

The first impressions on opening the box is this is a great phone it looks sleek and fits in the hand well, the rubber back gives a much better grip than a glass backed phone. The operating system is easy to use and the BB Hub is a bonus. Access by finger print scanner is beneficial and adds extra security to the phone. Camera wise this is pretty good, if you want a good camera, buy a camera, but this has for me, so far, been far better than some results with portrait mode producing some good results indoors in low ish light. I never mastered 2 thumb or finger typing on a touch screen phone, I always seem to catch the screen with my fingers, but with the physical keyboards this is a breeze. Neat short cuts such as swiping up for words, or the short cut key are excellent but at the moment I'm still getting to grips with this. With a decent battery, 65% charge after a 13 hour day of moderate use, this is a huge step forwards for Blackberry and have swapped a blackberry priv for this phone I'm glad I did.

Opened box, buttons felt low grade and cheap. Handset felt light and tacky. Daughter asked if it was a pretend phone. Ultimately, did not feel like it was going to last. Had a S8 before and very disappointed; really wanted this to be as good as previous Blackberry devices. Let down immediately by apparent lack of quality and durability, perceived or not. Returned.
