“Had an absolutely horrific experience. My phone was delivered promptly in perfect condition so very happy with that. But when I put my sim in nothing happened I had no signal and couldn’t find my number anywhere. Called o2 as this is who my contract is with and they said I needed to call carphoje warehouse called them back as I wasn’t sure this was right and they said the same thing. Called carphone warhouse and they were useless saying it was nothing to do with them. Spoke to 2 people who said they couldn’t help and then was put through to mobiles.co.uk who said again it was nothing to do with them. Called o2 back (nearly 2 hours later after being on the phone to carohone warhouse/ mobiles.co.uk) and it turns out there is an issue with my sim which they still have not rectified!!!!!!! I am still without a phone even though my phone was delivered over a week ago. Will never ever be dealing with either of these companies ever again. They have said they might have to issue me a new contract which is a joke and I still don’t know what is going on. Someone needs to get my phone sorted as soon as possible and I am making it clear I won’t be paying full price.”
