“Phone is good but i would recommend avoiding mobiles.co.uk. I signed up for a £24 p/m contract on Vodafone with an iPhone XR. However when I received the sim card I found that the price was actually £26 p/m. I have spoken to several customer reps at mobiles.co.uk (each giving several conflicting reasons) and despite sending a copy of my bill (showing the incorrect pricing) and a copy of my agreement (showing what the price should be) the issue is still not resolved. Really poor customer service...”
