“Cheaper than the Xs and Xs plus by miles but in my opinion it’s just as good with a mic large screen. Takes a little getting used to after having my 6 plus for nearly 4 years meaning it doesn’t have that button at the bottom so you have to think a little harder about how you achieve getting where you want.”

“I’m not at all pleased with the service I have been provided. I took this contract out over two months ago, I was advised at the time I would receive a cash back cheque within two weeks. I still don’t have my cheque even when I’ve chased twice. The headphones I received with my phone have broken on the third use, only one of the buds work now. And lastly my signal since I have had this phone has been awful. I understand this may be an issue with O2 however other people I know who are with O2 are not having the problems I am, leading me to believe it is something wrong with my handset. I live in central Birmingham, and cannot get 4g 70% of the time. When I make calls the signal falls in and out constantly. Really really disappointed.”
