“Great phone but i cannot use it to make calls yet as it arrived without a SIM card. Customer service was very quick to resolve this. Vodafone are not so quick. Ordered on the 8th....10 days down the line a still cannot call out.”

I have to chase them for updates and each time I am left on hold - so far no phone, no refund and a lot of wasted time,”
“Disappointed with this phone. Dropped it from less than a foot off the ground and the glass has cracked. I've also had terrible trouble trying to connect it to my home WiFi bthub. Also its very slippery to handle. And when put down make sure it's a completely flat surface or it'll escape. It's like a bar of soap. Camera is very good though.”
