It then took me a week to get a new phone and anytime I had to contact mobiles.co.uk I was on hold for circa an hour before anyone answered - no matter what time of the day I called. On one occasion I was on hold for an hour and then the call was released so I had to start all over again which was highly frustrating.
I would not recommend mobiles.co.uk to anyone or use them again !!!”
“Pure black gold. Upgraded from 5s and this is sharper, faster, lasts longer, takes better pics and is lighter and slimmer. Love it and the ordering, packing and delivery of the phone was as good as you get.

“My phone bill after calling mobiles.co.uk came to £80! After you saying it was 13p a min. I had to be on hold a lot (had to send the phone you sent me back due to scratch) Clearly you were charging more than 13p /min !! Not happy with mobiles.co.uk at all”
