“I went from an iPhone 6s that I’ve had for years and was very happy with apart from the battery life. Now I have the iPhone 11, I can see what I was missing out on! Camera and extra features are brilliant, battery life is good, the bigger screen is very useful for watching films and reading documents. Overall I’m very happy with the iPhone 11.”

“Unable to comment as it isn’t working. EE has informed me that my number is not registered and said a member of your team needed to contact them today to authorise the account as it has not been completed properly but when I spoke to an advisor on live chat they were no help at all, did not listen to my issue and simply told me to wait another 24 hours and come back if there was still an issue, despite EE informing me that your company needs to contact them today to complete it. Absolute waste of time, and I am still left with a phone that is not working. I want this issue to be rectified ASAP otherwise I want a full refund and I will take out my contract directly with EE.”
