“Bought two iphone 11 phones on on upgrade basis on EE network. Website stated initial fee plus £31 pm for 20gb data for each phone. Received written confirmation that this was the case.
My EE account now shows both phone are £33pm month for 15gb data And EE claim this is the details that mobiles.co.uk have passed to them and this is what my new contract will cost.
Of course Mobiles .co.uk now don’t want to enter int any dialogue over this matter.
Not to be trusted a truly disingenuous company pulling underhand stunts to sell mobiles.
