“Phone continuously restarting so has had to be returned. Likely to be a few weeks before new one sent out. No mention of delaying start of contract, payment already taken, no compensation suggested, no new phone to be sent before the returned one is diagnosed. Hopefully the replacement will work when I get it and it would be nice for some compensation to be suggested without me having to prompt.”
