“I ordered the refurb phone but when advised I was told these are the phones that get sent back before the 14 day period. I recieved the phone today after having to wait 6 days for it to be delivered I was also told it was next day. I put my phone on general condition is perfect outside, screen, sides etc perfect not a scratch on site.
Only thing that I’m confused about is my partner has had her iPhone 11 for nearly 2 years and her battery percentage is the same as mine at 87%
I struggle to believe these are phones been sent back within the 2 week period as the battery health would be a lot more then 87%.
Apart from that and the delivery. Everything else seemed ok.”
