“Dreadful. I paid £10 upfront thinking it would be an easier transition to VOXI. The sim came with no number and when I followed the instructions on the SIM packaging to register with VOXI and scratch off the special voucher code on the packaging at the checkout, an error message came up saying it was not valid. Phoned up VOXI the same day, they couldnt fix it and I needed to contact the 'third party' I had bought it from i.e Mobiles.co.uk . Called them on the next day when they were open and told they couldnt help and that I needed to call VOXI. The customer service adviser tried his best to help but was unable to give me an email address to contact instead and he couldnt because Mobiles.co.uk dont have that facility for customers apparently. So I am £10 short and missing a working sim card and apparently no means of rectifying the situation. I am giving 1 star becuase there is no option for 0 starts”
“Voxi was ok however sold by mobiles.co.uk as a contract sim turned out it wasn’t at all and the first month top up was took from my account a week later still haven’t got the sim”
“I got charged by both mobiles.co.uk and voxi ans I can't get in contact with anyone. My voxi qccount keeps bugging and it won't let me transfer my number so now jv paid 15 pounds twice and have nothing to show for it”
