“It never worked even after someone reached out saying they apologised I should of been sent a specific link.... Too much haste don't waste your money. Ordered from a different company sim card worked straight off....”
“I couldn’t activate the simcard and called mobiles.co.uk back for a refund almost 2 weeks ago now and no refund yet had to call back and speak to customer service again seems like the first person I spoke to didn’t even do anything at all. Very poor service”

“Dreadful. I paid £10 upfront thinking it would be an easier transition to VOXI. The sim came with no number and when I followed the instructions on the SIM packaging to register with VOXI and scratch off the special voucher code on the packaging at the checkout, an error message came up saying it was not valid. Phoned up VOXI the same day, they couldnt fix it and I needed to contact the 'third party' I had bought it from i.e Mobiles.co.uk . Called them on the next day when they were open and told they couldnt help and that I needed to call VOXI. The customer service adviser tried his best to help but was unable to give me an email address to contact instead and he couldnt because Mobiles.co.uk dont have that facility for customers apparently. So I am £10 short and missing a working sim card and apparently no means of rectifying the situation. I am giving 1 star becuase there is no option for 0 starts”
