Phone looks amazing and allot of cool features but so far not finding it anywhere near as user friendly for basic business tasks As my iPhone But may get used to it and start building different apps for similar things

Hi there Martin. I recently jumped ship from Apple to Huawei (a P30pro Android) myself, so I can vouch for it taking a short while to get used to things. Though it eventually came and I'm happy as can be with my choice in the long run as things stand. Within 14-days of a purchase you could return the item if it just doesn't "take" with you so to speak though. Simply reach out to our Customer Services Team if need be. Kind regards, Kevin Mobiles.co.uk

Had the phone for nearly a week and everything works well so far, including 5G and Volte (over EE) and EE have also enabled wifi calling, though I have not yet used that. Battery life is good but not brilliant, though better than most top of the range 5G phones (from test results on GSMArena). It runs Android 10 but the settings menu in the Oppo UI, ColorOS 7, takes a bit of getting used to. But over a couple of days you get familiar with it. Bought the phone because I wanted a mid range 5G phone with an amoled screen and a 90Hz refresh rate. Narrowed it down to the new Oneplus Nord and this phone and this phone has twice the storage and 50% more memory than the base model Nord. The contract deal from mobiles.co.uk with EE worked out nearly £200 cheaper than buying the Nord outright and getting a sim only deal. Bought it online and all went smoothly. Hopefully, I’ll get the cashback in due course! So good, so far.
