“DPD have lost the phone and I’m now getting bounced between DPD and mobiles.co.uk so called customer services to get it resolved. No one can tell me when it will be delivered or seems interested in helping. The money has already been taken out of my account for the phone though!”

“It's an Iphone. I think most people know what one is by now. However this one has no home button, no fingerprint reader, no headphone socket and no provided accessories (other than a USB-c to lightning cable that's most likely incompatible with any charger you own).
The lack of a home button really ruins the usability and the lack of a fingerprint reader is just dam annoying when every other phone has one (face id does not work with masks). The lack of a headphone socked and accessories is inexcusable and the adaptors just don't work properly.
But it's an iphone. You know you're going to get at least 5+ years of software updates and it will at least work and be of decent quality and that's worth the premium until someone makes something better than Android.”
