“Didn’t expect a scratched screen when I agreed to a refurbished device, but tmthats better than my first experience with you when you sent me out a fully broken phone and expected me to wait ten days for a replacement........ didn’t have the bill explained properly because on a pay monthly credit checked contract I don’t expect to be billed a full month within seven days, why credit check if that’s the case your not exactly extending credit, more like pay as you go !!!!! Wouldn’t use again would advise anyone to go direct to the network and skip all the third party problems”
“I haven’t had a DJ glee issue with this refurbed phone. Not a scratch or scoff on the whole thing, the screen is huge and bright, it charges quickly, all the speakers work etc.
Although it’s probably too early to review the battery life, as Apple phones famously deteriorate quickly, it’s not a problem thus far.”
“The phone is black - only issues were with accessories - wrong charging plug sent and no key for opening phone to insert SIM - given small refund to purchase new charging plug and upgrading rather than first iPhone our tenant I already had the key to insert SIM but can’t sell with old phone”
