“I have only used the device for 12 hours. Once I had transferred my data from my iphone another update came through. I updated not knowing my finger print would then be erased. In spite of me being certain of my pin I have been locked out of the phone now for 8 days and am finding it a very disappointing experience. I have been an apple user previously and am not satisfied to date with the android experience and the S21 device to date I am locked out of.”
