“The phones is great, really easy to set up from my previous iPhone 5S, much quicker to access apps and the internet.
However, appalled by level of service provided by Mobiles.co.uk. Wasn't advised that they couldn't transfer my existing number from my old Vodafone contract to the new Vodafone contract. Was then advised that it would take 5 days to be active, then a couple of hours late was told it was active when I challenged. I asked how I make a compliant and wasn't provided any info, and nothing on the site. I certainly would not use Mobiles.co.uk ever again !!!”
“The phone it's self has no problems, however no SIM card came with the phone although I bought it on an 02 contract. Mobiles.co.uk very unhelpful and took 4 days to get sorted. They also charge a fortune to ring them. Owned by car phone warehouse yet car phone warehouse store unable to help at all. Took it to an 02 store where they were very helpful, contacted mobiles.co.uk on my behalf and sorted the whole thing out. Miss out the middle man and go straight to 02 in my opinion.”
