“As an OAP, I was a bit concerned as to whether I would be able to set up the phone but I linked it to my i-pad and found it fairly easy. I still have to find out all the things that the phone can do but it has been easy to use for my needs, so am really pleased with it.”
“I ordered my new phone during the corona virus. It arrived within 24 hours. Great! Unfortunately, I am not a techno geek and ordered a new contract, not an upgrade. When I telephoned Mobile.Co.UK, they were closed and I had to send an email which would be responded to in 7 days. I did this. I had no response for eight days and basically was to,d it was my error, and there is nothing they can do. Luckily for me, my provider EE, sorted it within two days. It is annoying they can get the phone out to you so quickly during these terrible times, but not support you. Maybe they should not send the new phones out! Without support...”
