“My new phone is great BUT I am having problems with the software. I have only been using my phone since 28th July but the screen keeps going blank and the phone randomly switches itself off. There is is obviously a problem with it. I have phoned Apple support as it is so expensive to phone Mobiles.co.uk. They connected with the phone and said that there is a problem with the software. They have tried to fix but no luck at the moment. I need to contact them again. However,they did say that it is under guarantee with Mobile.co.uk for the first year. Really needs to be sorted by you as this should not happen with a new phone. I look forward to hearing from you guys about this problem. Thank you”
