Service from Mobiles.co.uk is poor. I purchased from here so I could get the £25 voucher for Mazuma. It was never emailed to me and the email support has been poor.

“My phone developed a fault with the screen shortly after delivery and needed to be replaced. Although the customer service team were very prompt and helpful in responding to my request for a new phone I was told a replacement would not be delivered until two days after the original was collected. To make matters worse the replacement was not delivered two days later on the Friday meaning I did not receive it until the following Monday and was without a phone for five days through no fault of my own. Disappointing.”

I have mislaid the piece of paper that came with the phone so I do not have customer ref. And the uk mobile site would not work when I clicked on " don't have ref"

“I found my deal through a comparison site. It was far and away the best value for the iPhone and great minutes and data for q reasonable monthly fee. Phone came promptly. All direct debits etc were easy to set up. Very happy”
