“Ordered an Apple iphone 6 refurb on contract and really didn't know what to expect. I needed have worried. The phone was in excellent condition without any marks and came with power adaptor. No original box, tray sim tool or headphones which was slightly disappointing but I suppose that's what you get when buying a refurb package.
When you think about it a refurb unit has gone through a lot more testing than a new phone. I have certainly had no technical issues since starting to use the iphone on Christmas day 2015 so if you are looking for a particular model on a reasonable contract price then look no further than the refurb section here.”

“I know it's a refurbished device but the screen flickers and the quality of device is extremely bad . It came packed in a brown box stick with cello tape . This is not how we expect you to send a phone to buyer . As a big company you could order cheap plain white boxes from China or other country and pack the device in them instead sticking with cello tape”
