Dear Mobiles.co.uk. Thank you so much for offering to upgrade me to an iPhone 14 512GB Yellow! I had no idea you were so generous. What I ordered and received was an iPhone 14 128GB in flaming Red. But hey! since you want to give me a free upgrade, I'm in!
Do you want the old one back or can I keep the red one as well? I plan to give it to my teenage son. He has no interest in marketing databases, keeping accurate customer records, or any of those other pesky things that make for good customer service...but then neither do you by the looks of it, so he's in good company.
