The only thing I find unprofessional is that they took a payment for £175.01 instead of the agreed £175.00 out of my account and unless I want to call a 12ppm number to speak to them I can't get that back. It's only a penny but if they sell 1 million phones like that it's anther £10k of profit they make for taking extra money from their customers without agreement - the principle of it is unethical and sharp practice for more profit. For that reason alone I'd rather pay more to some other company next time.”
