“What a disgraceful company to deal with . Ordered the phone as an upgrade and allocated a new number I called to let them know that it was an error all they said was return the phone when it arrived. It never did arrive I spent weeks calling and mailing them and all they would ever say was they could not do anything until I returned the phone I had never had. Finally after they accepted that it was missing , the carrier signed for it himself ! work that one out. They said they would process a refund , that didn't happen as promised I had to chase them. I am still receiving invoices and being chased by Vodafone ,something else they promised to resolve and didn't. Be warned if you have a problem with your order they are hopeless endless time on hold and slow to reply to messages”
