They agreed to replace the phone if I sent it back the next day but I would have to wait up to two weeks to get a new phone! Absolute scam. They try and palm off second hand phones as new. Managed to cancel but still got charges. AVOID mobiles.co.uk unless you want to get robbed. Also I didn't rate the device as very good. The option to choose poor is blocked and when I click it the very good option was chosen!!!! COMPLETE SCAMMERS”

Phone itself is everything I expected, camera took some getting used to as pictures weren't sharp, but now they're great. Edge to edge screen has caused no issues. Have been able to get all the apps I want and more. Battery is good but I do run apps which drain the battery (pokémon go for instance) so hard to tell, under normal use I would say it would easily last a day, but doubt much longer. Feels good quality, not plasticky. All in all I would recommend it. A definite upgrade from awful windows phone.”
