“I have had an absolutely awful experience with ID Mobile / Mobiles.co.uk.
The delivery process has been a complete nightmare. DPD drivers have lied and refused to attend the address, and despite numerous calls, customer support workers have made false promises and broken assurances. As a result, my old phone company has now disconnected me and I have been left without a working mobile for almost a week. This has had a serious impact on me both personally and professionally.
What makes matters worse is that, after countless phone calls, I’ve now been told that the phone hasn’t even been actioned to be delivered to the Curry’s store I specifically requested. This was my attempt to work around DPD’s complete incompetence, yet ID Mobile and Mobiles.co.uk have still failed to follow through.
The level of service I have received is utterly unacceptable. I am now very close to cancelling my contract altogether. Unless this is resolved immediately, ID Mobile and Mobiles.co.uk will not receive a penny from me. The way I have been treated is appalling, and I would strongly caution others against trusting this company.”
