“I'd love to say I'm happy with my new phone but I'm not able to use it. I ordered the phone from Mobiles.co.uk and was told the SIM card was being delivered independently by Vodafone. The SIM card has not been delivered and the number has changed over so I am without a phone!
When I called mobiles.co.uk they were most unhelpful and said I had to phone vodafone who said my number wasn't recognised by them so I'm left in total limbo with no help from anyone!”
